Can I still build muscle while improving my endurance?

Absolutely! This program is designed to integrate hypertrophy training with endurance work so you can build lean muscle while improving your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Recent research has shown that the interference between the two is minimal.

What is hybrid training?

Hybrid training combines strength and endurance exercises to enhance performance in multiple athletic disciplines simultaneously. It helps athletes build muscle, improve strength, and boost endurance.

What equipment do I need?

The equipment varies by program. For the strength training, we recommend you having access to a gym. We program a variety of exercises ranging from free weights, machines, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells.

For your endurance you need the general equipment you are used too.

We do recommend you investing in a good activity tracker & heart rate monitor. We structure most of the workouts around these metrics.

I am a beginner, am I able to do the workouts?

Absolutely! Our programs are designed to be flexible and adaptable for all fitness levels, including beginners.
