Refund and Cancellation Policy
Everything H.A.C. sells is digital. Our training programs are delivered through TrainingPeaks, and you receive your signup link in your order confirmation email. There is nothing physical to ship, return or repackage.
Subscriptions
This covers the Running, Cycling, Hyrox and Triathlon Hybrid Athlete programs, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly.
- Cancel anytime. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- You keep full access to your programming until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- You will not be charged again after you cancel.
- We do not issue partial refunds for the unused part of a period that has already started — you keep your access for the remainder instead.
- To cancel, use the manage-subscription link in your order confirmation email, or email us at info@hybridathleteculture.com and we will handle it for you.
One-time race plans
This covers the Hyrox 4-Month Race Specific Program and the Triathlon 70.3 16-Week Race Day Plan.
These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
14-day money-back guarantee. If the plan isn't right for you, email info@hybridathleteculture.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
To exercise it, email info@hybridathleteculture.com with your order number within 14 days of your purchase. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you are not required to.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you paid with. You will not be charged any fee for this.
Problems with access
If you cannot access your programming — a TrainingPeaks signup link that doesn't work, an invite that never arrived, or programming that isn't appearing in your calendar — contact us at info@hybridathleteculture.com and we will fix it. If we cannot, we will refund you in full, regardless of how long ago you purchased.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 14 days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the funds to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still have not received it, email us at info@hybridathleteculture.com.
